Hi, I’m Casper.
I’m a Primal Health Coach, yoga teacher, body therapist, and the founder of King Kong Academy.
Over a decade ago, I left everything behind to follow a gut feeling—and that path led me through years of deep work in breath, movement, shamanism, and men’s embodiment.
Now I help men reconnect to their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and lead with real presence.
This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about coming home to who you’ve always been.
