What to expect

Imagine moving through life with wide spacious clarity, trusted presence, profound depth and oozing vitality -  that pulls you forward with purpose and joy.

Masculine Embodiment, is the practice to stay tethered to the present moment, through the vehicle of the body. 

Create space for you to be with your own and others feelings without overwhelm, enabling you to act and not react, and live a sovereign life with choice 

 

Spiritual alignment as your trust grows in your own being, and capacities and you can roll with waves in the ocean of life 

You will learn to anchor yourself as a trustable man, whos mere presence is sensed 
 

You will learn to step powerfully towards your goals and your mission on this earth.

A strong vision, a beautiful dream, or powerful goals are one important part of creating a life & a world we want to live in.

But more importantly we must be able to hold ourselves, and be able to self regulate our nervous so we can stand back up when difficulty hits.

This is why I created these classes for embodiment.

Emotional Challenges - Loneliness and Isolation: Difficulty forming deep, meaningful connections due to societal expectations or lack of emotional literacy. - Unprocessed Emotions: Struggles with identifying and expressing feelings such as anger, sadness, or vulnerability, leading to suppression or explosive behaviors. - Pressure to Succeed: Anxiety or stress stemming from societal or self-imposed pressure to achieve in career, relationships, or personal development. - Fear of Failure: A pervasive fear of not being enough or failing to meet expectations, which can result in self-doubt or burnout.

Physical Challenges Stress and Fatigue: Overwork, lack of rest, or insufficient self-care often lead to chronic stress and physical exhaustion. Health Neglect: Ignoring physical health due to prioritizing work or other external demands, leading to issues like weight gain, poor fitness, or preventable health conditions. Tension and Rigidity: Physical manifestation of stress, resulting in chronic pain, tightness, or lack of flexibility.

Mental Challenges - Overthinking, self-doubt, and constant comparison can trap men in cycles of stress and indecision. - The weight of expectations—both external and internal can lead to burnout, anxiety, or a lack of mental clarity. - Struggles with focus and mental resilience often hinder the ability to take decisive action or stay present.

Spiritual Challenges Lack of Purpose: Feeling lost or disconnected from a deeper sense of meaning or mission in life. Disconnection from Self: Struggles with aligning actions and values, leading to a sense of internal fragmentation. Finding greater meaning: A yearning for something more profound but feeling stuck in routines or disconnected from practices that nourish spirit.

Masculine embodiment is the practice of grounding into presence, purpose, and integrity.

 

It’s not about performing traditional roles or adopting rigid definitions of masculinity.

 

Instead, it is a dynamic, conscious way of being that aligns your inner truth with how you show up in the world and in relationships. It invites you to cultivate a steady, aware, and heart-centered presence that inspires trust, depth, and connection.

This journey is about more than self-improvement; it is about awakening to your fullest potential and bringing that into every interaction. It is a path of self-discovery, strength, and devotion—to your life’s purpose, to love, and to the truth.

 

SCHEDULE

CIRCLES ARE HELD EVERY OTHER MONTH.

EACH SESSION IS 2-HOURS.

THERE ARE NO LATE ARRIVALS OR EARLY DEPARTURES.

ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL NEED TO BE ON VIDEO FOR THE DURATION OF THE SESSION.

About Casper Veda

Founder of King Kong Academy, Lead facilitator of the Shamanic Soul Journey, Primal Health Coach, Yoga Teacher and Body Therapist 

 Casper is ​a devoted seeker and has spent 1/3 of his life in the searching that has become an empirical degree in health, mind and spirituality.

The search eventually brought him to the jungle of Brazil, where ancient shamanic wisdom is still practised and very much alive. 

 

Devoted to the being of earth and the human experience​ he brings a multi-faceted approach, which is both energetic and highly practical, to his workshops and coaching sessions.

 

His embodiment-driven teaching draws from 20+ years of boxing and martial arts, meditative practice,  and intensive study and practice in Yoga tantra.  

 

Drawing from deep lineages, such as Tantra, Kundalini yoga, and Qigong traditions,

  • What if I can't make a call live, will there be recording?
    While all calls will be recorded & uploaded to the member site within 48 hours, this process is most powerful when done live. Please add all calls to your calendar now, and give yourself the gift of taking the time to devote & dedicate yourself to creating the best circumstances for your experience
  • What kind of prep is needed for the calls?
    Set yourself up (to the best of your ability) to have uninterrupted space & time for these calls. Show up to the calls ready with: a notebook/journal (optional) pen/pencil (optional) whatever you need to be hydrated & nourished. Wear clothes you feel comfortable in & can move in. Ideally, have a space to lie down, or sit in a supported way.
  • When are the live calls?
    Call#1 - April 1 - 19.00 CET Call#2 - April 2 - 19.00 CET Call#3 - April 3 - 10.00 CET
  • How interactive are the sessions?
    Very. These calls are not pre-recorded. Casper will be teaching live & offering guided processes, and there will time for Q&A and coaching on every call. Individual feedback and coaching is not guaranteed as part of these classes.
